The JavaOne conference, now in its 14th year, is coming to San Francisco June 2-5, 2009. Students who are taking a minimum of 6 units can attend for free! It's an outstanding value, as the regular admission is $1,995. This is a chance to get hands-on experience with Java technologies, including:
